Following the framework agreement signed between the Higher School of Commerce (ESC) and the Higher Institute of Sciences (HIS), the two scientific institutions, ESC and the International Research Academy (IRA), are pleased to announce the creation of an IRA-ESC Intensive Language Learning Center at the headquarters of the Higher School of Commerce, located at the Kolea University Campus.
