In the context of developing collaborative and exchange relations between higher schools and universities, the Higher School of Commerce organized a partnership agreement signing ceremony with the Higher Institute of Sciences (a private university) at its Kolea campus on February 15, 2022.   This agreement represents the first collaboration between the public and private sectors in higher education in Algeria. It strengthens the partnership and cooperation between the two parties in the fields of education and practical research. The agreement encompasses several areas, including:

• Pedagogical exchange and cooperation.    
• Development and enrichment of training programs.    
• Scientific research.    
• Organization of conferences and scientific symposiums.    
• Continuing education.  

The agreement was signed in the meeting room of the Higher School of Commerce – Kolea campus, between the School’s Director, Professor Kamel Boussafi, and the Director of the Higher Institute of Sciences, Dr. Taha Kouzi. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of members of the administrative staff.
